Do we need a diagnosis?

No. No diagnosis and no paperwork. If an adapted lesson suits your player better, they are welcome. Come watch a session first if you're unsure.

How many players per coach?

Every group has 2 coaches, supported by volunteers and ATP coaches during the lesson. Groups have 8 to 12 players, depending on the size of the gym.

What if a player needs a break or has a hard day?

That's completely fine. Players can step away, have some water and take the time they need. A coach helps them rejoin when they're ready, and a volunteer can stay with them if they'd rather not be alone.

Is there an age limit?

No. We welcome children, teens and young adults, and no one ages out at 18 or 21.

What do we bring? Do we need our own racquet or paddle?

Bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes (non-marking for indoor gyms, court shoes outside). For outdoor sessions, add a hat and sunscreen. We provide tennis racquets and pickleball paddles, and players are welcome to bring their own.

Can family stay and watch?

Yes, parents and caregivers are welcome courtside.

What does it cost, and is there funding?

A $90/year membership covers your whole family and gives member pricing on every block. Non-members can also book at the standard rate. A small number of supported spots are available each session, right in checkout.
