The proof

Studied by the University of Toronto. Felt by every family.

In 2024, researchers at U of T's Faculty of Kinesiology studied Proset. They found what our families feel: children come for belonging, confidence and friendship — and grow when coaches meet them where they are.

"Our child looks forward to his tennis lessons every week and has gained so much confidence in himself."

Questions parents ask

Can't find your answer? Contact us — we reply within two days.

Is Proset right for my child?

If your child is neurodivergent — on the spectrum, ADHD, or with other developmental differences — and could enjoy movement in a calm, structured setting, yes. No diagnosis needed, no paperwork. Come watch a session first if you're unsure.

What happens in a first session?

Your child is welcomed by name, paired with a coach, and follows the same predictable structure every group uses: warm-up, skill stations, game play, and a calm close. Parents are welcome courtside.

Do you need any tennis or pickleball experience?

None at all. We provide racquets and balls, and coaches adapt every drill to each player's level. Most of our players had never held a racquet before Proset.

How does membership work?

A $90/year membership covers your whole family and gets you member pricing on every program block, priority rebooking, and a community that never ages you out. Cost never decides who plays — talk to us, no forms, no proof of income.

Do you serve adults?

Yes. Teens and adults are a growing part of Proset, especially in pickleball. Our Assistant Trainer Program also employs neurodivergent young adults as coaches.

Which cities do you run in?

Montréal, Ottawa and Toronto, with weekly sessions during the school year. Check the Cities page for gyms, days and times.

Every child deserves to find their game.
