Indoor programs run in all weather. At Pinecrest, we only cancel when rain or extreme heat makes the courts unsafe, and we email and text families at least an hour before class. Every outdoor block guarantees a minimum of 7 of 8 sessions: the first weather cancellation is made up on the built-in make-up date, and any beyond the second are credited toward your next block. Credits are coupon codes, not refunds, and apply only to lessons we cancel — missed lessons can't be made up or credited.
