Coaches with players on court

Who we're looking for

Tennis experience helps but isn't always required — being great with neurodivergent kids and teens is what matters most. We train the rest.

PAID MONTRÉAL · OTTAWA · TORONTO

Certified tennis coaches

Lead adaptive tennis and pickleball groups on weekends. Certification required; we train you in our framework and adaptive methods. A few hours a week, season by season.

PAID ATP PROGRAM

ATP mentors & instructors

Support our Assistant Trainer Program trainees inside regular programs, and teach the Intro course and Stage 2. Ideal for experienced coaches who love developing people, not just players.

VOLUNTEER ALL CITIES

On-court volunteers

Help run stations, feed balls, celebrate every win. Perfect for EAs, education and social-science students, and anyone genuinely good with neurodivergent kids and teens. No tennis background needed.

VOLUNTEER HIGH SCHOOL

High-school volunteer hours

Ontario students: earn your 40 OSSD community-involvement hours with us — on court, doing something real. Québec students welcome too. We sign off on your hours.

Neurodivergent applicants are encouraged for every role. All on-court roles require a police check (vulnerable-sector screening) — we'll guide you through it, and we provide all training.

Common questions

Do I need tennis experience?

For volunteer roles, no — being patient, positive and great with kids matters more. What we do need is consistency: our players count on familiar faces, so volunteers commit to the full 8-week block. Coaching roles require certification; ATP mentor roles require coaching experience.

When and where would I work?

Programs run on weekends — Saturdays in Toronto and Ottawa, Sundays in Montréal — typically 2–4 hours. Locations are listed on each city's page.

How do high-school volunteer hours work?

You volunteer at weekly sessions and we track and sign off your hours — Ontario students can earn all 40 OSSD community-involvement hours with us over a season or two.

What's the police check about?

Everyone working with our players needs a vulnerable-sector screening — standard for programs serving children. We'll walk you through getting one; it's usually free for volunteers.

Is training provided?

Yes — you learn our framework and adaptive methods on court, working alongside experienced coaches from your first session. You're never on court alone.

The best Saturday job you'll ever have.
