Refund policy
This policy covers group program registrations, ATP courses, and annual memberships purchased through our online store.
Program registrations
• Before the first session of your program: full refund, no questions asked.
• Once the session has started: no cash refunds. If you need to withdraw, we issue a credit coupon for the full remaining value, valid toward the next session.
• Classes missed or cancelled by you (illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts) are not refunded, credited, or made up.
• If Proset cancels an entire program before it starts (for example, insufficient enrollment or loss of a venue), you receive a full refund automatically.
• Individual classes cancelled by Proset — coach illness, venue closure, or weather — follow our Inclement Weather & Cancellations policy: the first cancellation is absorbed by the season; further cancellations are credited toward the next session.
Annual membership ($90 per family)
• Refundable within 14 days of purchase if it has not yet been used to register at member pricing.
• Non-refundable once any registration has been made with it.
Champion tier and tax receipts
The donation portion of a Champion-tier registration ($120) is a charitable gift. Once a tax receipt has been issued, that amount can never be refunded or credited. Proset Autism / Autisme Proset is a registered charity, BN 81986 8530 RR0001.
How refunds and credits are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method only — we do not refund by cash or e-transfer. Credits are issued as a coupon code for our online store. To make a request, email info@prosetautism.ca with the participant’s name, the program, and the reason. We respond within 10 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
