Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy — Proset Inclusive Tennis

Most Proset sessions run indoors in school gymnasiums and community centres, so a rainy day usually does not cancel a class. A class is cancelled when it cannot run safely: rain on outdoor courts, temperatures above 30°C, severe weather, a venue closure (including school board closures), or a coach being unavailable without a replacement.

How you’ll know

•  We email all registered families at the address on your account, at least 2 hours before the session.

•  No email means your session is running as scheduled.

What happens to a cancelled class

•  The first cancellation of the season is built into the program — it is not made up or credited.

•  Every cancellation after the first (weather, coach illness, venue closure — anything on our side) is credited to your account as a coupon toward the next session.

•  Credits are never paid out as cash or e-transfer.

•  Classes you cancel or miss are not made up, credited, or refunded.

Coaches may adapt or shorten activities at their discretion when conditions affect safety or comfort, such as heat in a gym.
