Proset Inclusive Tennis offers a structured and engaging group pickleball program designed to support skill development, movement, and confidence on court.
Sessions focus on five key developmental areas: joint attention, motor skills, socio-emotional growth, motivation, and participation. Coaches adapt instruction to each participant’s age and ability level, emphasizing technique, coordination, and game play in a positive and inclusive environment.
Participants develop pickleball fundamentals, rally skills, and overall athletic movement while progressing at their own pace.
Instructions

• Water bottle
• Comfortable athletic clothing
• Running or indoor court shoes
• Pickleball paddle (optional – equipment can be provided)
